It’s ridiculous how it isn’t, I strongly believe that everyone is entitled to their own opinion but I feel there’s no reason why this should be illegal in the first place. Most people I’ve talked to don’t even have a reason to back up why they feel it’s wrong, and that just sickens me. The fact that they can just judge someone based on the way they were born is just stupid, no one choses to be gay and it’s not even a bad thing. If it’s legalized the only thing that will happen is people will be allowed to be HAPPY, so is that such a bad thing? They’re already dating and marriage would only affect them. Someone told me a story about this couple of 2 girls who adopted a baby, one of the moms was the legal mother of the baby and was going to stay at home and take care of it while the other mother worked, but since they weren’t married both the stay at home mom and the baby didn’t have health insurance and the baby died because it got sick because they couldn’t afford healthcare. This wouldn’t have happened if they were married. Also, if you’re against this, how would you feel if you were gay and neglected by people like you? it wouldn’t feel that good right? So please next time think about what you’re saying because odds are it doesn’t make sense. If you read all of this, thank you(:
